Personality: Jocelyn is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.
