History: He was born in the west. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Adelard's homeland. Adelard decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He has worked as a Miner like his mother before him.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
