History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has achieved small success as a Layabout.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats.
