Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: He got into the Shepherd business at a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Navigator they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Through the years after Gilbert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Gilbert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roger grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
