Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a black shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is white and curly. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. He sports a long silver beard, and similarly colored long hair. His green eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 88. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: Born in the east to a Shepherd, Hubert learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Shepherd responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: 5'3" and muscular, this northern man wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His white leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. His silver hair is thinning but still full. His hazel eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Gerard hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. A friendly and beautiful Human, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs.

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Hunter was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying brother.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and human compassion

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears skinny pants and wears a white and blue robe with the hood down. He has done his best to style his auburn hair to look like a famous performer. His ears are large.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born in the east to a Unemployed, Trym learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
