Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears suspenders and blue workpants. His shirt is black, and he wears a heavy blue leather apron most of the time. His hair is cut close to his head. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Barrister but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Bernard was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barrister. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This man is very fat, and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His brown hair is still thick. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 54. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He carries with him a set of crossbows on his belt, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He keeps his black hair in a flapper bob. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: Gerald is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He receives visions of the future at random moments
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now mingles about in high society.
