Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Charles is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Charles was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is white and curly. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is a Brewer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a Brewer soon after.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new brewer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a black armored body suit, with a simple brown line shooting up and back down. He keeps his black hair in a pixie cut. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and money/treasure

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers.
