Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and to unite with his brother

Personality: Gilbert speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Fletcher they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and to reunite with his absent father

History: Everard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Painter, but he got bored and became a Map Maker. He's also a talented Painter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern
