He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Trym was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He worked as a nervous Doctor and found it very stressful. He has worked as a Doctor like his father before him.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent father

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born into a rich family. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Hubert has worked very hard to control his curse. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Adam will drive conversation. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Performer for hire.

Description: This fat western man has a bulbous nose and wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his rapier with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born in the west to a Navigator, Balimaar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.
