Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Shane was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Norman was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Sage. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. He worked as a nervous Sage and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sage for hire.
