Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. William was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
