However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Bertram abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and regain custody of his daughter

Description: He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his ceremonial dagger, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a butterfly on it. His white hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: Gifted from a young age, Lance studied abroad. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Born in the north to a Baker, Heward learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He struck the Baker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
