Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Richard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Randal was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Being a Miner kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
