When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. History: Aldous was born with his father's beautiful face. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a goblins raid, leaving Aldous alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, William has worked very hard to control his curse. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and to reunite with his absent father

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
