History: Born in the east to a Mortician, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He has worked as a Mortician like his mother before him.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, John is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
