History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Like his mother and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Sailor. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Sailor for the past few years.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign.
