Description: With black face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His silver hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has blue eyes.
Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Shane was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and many dire rats want him driven away

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.
Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Henry was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Henry's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Henry and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has never given up on his writing dream.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

Description: This man wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with broad hat. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. With a patchy brown beard and wild brown hair. His violet eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He got into the Engraver business at a young age. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Engraver work with an outfit from a few towns over. Engraver work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to be a slave trader again

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He got into the Cook business at a young age. When Heward reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has achieved small success as a Cook.
