His skin is also unnaturally pale. His head has been shaved. His gray eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
