History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: Adelard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Miles was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Miles's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Kyle was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Sculptor. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Alex lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
