His red hair is singed and shortened. His hazel eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is a great chef.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents enrolled him in a Barbarian school at a young age so that he could practice his divine talents. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man is very fat, and dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Jocelyn speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is content

Description: This western man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has white hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He takes great joy in being the best Farmer in town.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Farmer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
