Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he is typically in his Adventurer uniform. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: To be a Cook again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a beer of some kind. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it, marred by beers. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kyle does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: The child of a Mercenary, who enjoyed hunting, Kyle was taken on many hunting expeditions. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He bought a bastard sword and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and he feels kind of lost in life

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He comes from a rich southern family. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His white hair and beard is wavy and long. He has several tiny amber earrings on each ear.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Lance was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears black trousers with blue and red striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His chestnut hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are a pleasant gray.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Bertram enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Herbalist mother left him crippled. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
