History: Gifted from a young age, Balimaar studied abroad. He found a children's book about a Human Fighter who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Heward was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
