History: John was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Rolf was born the youngest of three triplets. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
