Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He wears a red vest and prefers blue and pastel shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Masseuse arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. One day when Bertram was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Bertram was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This slender man stands about 5'6". He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He has moderate length silver hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.
History: Chad lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His silver hair is braided into rings. He has gleaming, smiling brown eyes.
Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. Everard is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Everard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up flail and armor he uses now. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Cartwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Baker, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Revenge; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Arnold was taken on many hunting expeditions. Arnold liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Shipwright. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
