Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Born in the east to a Detective, Bertram learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He now owns his own business.
