Description: A middle-aged man, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination, and is pretty ugly. His auburn hair is thinning but still full. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Adelard lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He wears dull black sweaters, loose green pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed longsword, just in case, and he perpetually has his longsword ready. His black hair is cut short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is a husky man, who likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants. His blonde hair is lengthy. His fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He always admired necromantic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He has a missing right leg. He prefers to wear tan clothing when he does not wear armor. His blonde hair and beard is wavy and long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
