History: He was born in a small plains village. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Randal was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Alexandre alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
