Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His first spouse was a Farmer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
