History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Peter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Peter was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Peter's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Gerald was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.
