Description: He is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. After a long history of fighting, Hugh and his spouse have recently divorced.

Description: 6'6" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His white hair is braided into rings. His hazel eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Butcher arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His childhood dream was to be a Carpenter, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is long and white with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small violet clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: Hubert is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a beggar and was forced into it by his family

The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
