History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with painting. He constantly tries to fill his life with painting. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Nicholas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He worked as a nervous Stylist and found it very stressful. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Everard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To pay off his debts; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
