History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent father; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. Dustin enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Dustin lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When Dustin reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions.
