History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Hunter hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Hunter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
