Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Courier they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Crown-heir, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero
