Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized black coat. He is portly but not overly obese. His hair is red, silky, and of moderate length. He has a dull look in his brown eyes.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He uses divination through singing.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Stableman work with an outfit from a few towns over. Stableman work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Stableman for hire.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his violet robe. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His ears are large.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Godfrey's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Description: An older man who wears a fancy blue suit, he is not a threatening figure. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.
History: He got into the Sage business at a young age. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and a deep hatred of giants

Description: With brown face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He wears his black hair up in a very large beehive style do. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Guy fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he has a crush on the local banker

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Gerald began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east.
