Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Jocelyn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Description: This exceptionally lanky man wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. Sporting a auburn mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by gnolls. Conrad was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

Personality: He is a Bather first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Bather business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'10" and wears a tan deerstalker hat and tan clothes. His black hair is braided into rings. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Unemployed born in the past three hundred years. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Adam was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Gardener they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Unemployed, and he later adopted a second son.
