History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting brigands, the young Ralf began to lead the lost caravan. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
