Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a red tunic with green highlights, and long blue pants that bunch up around his shoes. His tied-back hair is auburn. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears professional attire. His hair is red and curly. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his deerstalker green hat.
Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Dyer business.
History: Trey was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. After coming to the age of reason, Trey took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: Dustin is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.
History: Dustin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Navigator for hire.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Navigator responsibilities is difficult.

Description: This man is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He has blonde hair. He has violet eyes and a white hat with a yellow feather.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Kody was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Kody took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kody fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Manfred took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up hammer and armor he uses now. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.
