Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His black hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. Manfred is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.
History: Manfred lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His childhood dream was to be a Seamstress, but he was a colossal failure. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has moderate length silver hair. His blue eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He wears a colorful flower in his black hair. His eyes are likewise gray.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, John will drive conversation. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.
History: John was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

Description: He dresses well, wearing white shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His long chestnut hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He takes great joy in being the best Slave Trader in town.
History: Born in the north to a Slave Trader, Anselm learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He tends to his Slave Trader job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His face is scarred and worn.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Conrad fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.
