History: Hubert lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Cory was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warlock, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warlock in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born in the north to a Soapmaker, Richard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
