History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears light armors faded through time and improper care, and is pretty ugly. With a patchy golden beard and wild golden hair. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is a Butcher first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He has achieved small success as a Butcher.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'11" when asserting himself. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: Aldous was born with his mother's beautiful face. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears professional attire. He has a long red beard with little hanging trinkets. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Richard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Paladin, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He also has developed a complete distrust of the Scribe profession.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. In his 16th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: The child of a Miner, who enjoyed hunting, Roland was taken on many hunting expeditions. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He became a Baker soon after.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and further expansion of business
