Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. A true patriot, Roger would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has worked as a Locksmith like his mother before him.
