Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jocelyn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company.
