History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Bernard took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Miller responsibilities is difficult; and he desires power and/or immortality

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. Ralf is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Henry was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Soapmaker. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Soapmaker and was forced into it by his family; and to reunite with his absent mother

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He takes great joy in being the best Bather in town.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bather. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bather.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and further expansion of business
