History: He was born in the north. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Jocelyn has worked very hard to control his curse. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. Through the years after Balimaar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Balimaar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Bertram and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
