History: Bernard lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and balancing his hectic life and new butcher responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. Through the years after John was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. John's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and retire the richest man in the east

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Tim embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
