Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears his blonde hair up. His eyes are likewise hazel.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Miles was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Description: He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his black robe. He carries with him a set of glaives, each one with a emerald on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Patrick was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Patrick fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and obtaining odd cultural human artifacts is his passion

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized brown coat. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are hazel.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He works hard and plays hard.
History: Henry was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk.

Personality: He can speak with the recently deceased. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: He was born in a small mountains village. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has silver hair. His half smiles and violet eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Map Maker born in the past three hundred years. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and doesn't want to be a map maker and was forced into it by his family
