Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Thomas embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Thomas was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. After a long history of fighting, Thomas and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Born in the west to a Carpenter, Gerald learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is greedy; and many illithids want him driven away

Description: This younger middle-aged man prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs, and a wedding ring on his right hand. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He works hard and plays hard.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Roger was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Nicholas hails from a village terrorized by drow. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Nicholas has worked very hard to control his curse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
