History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He tends to his Dilettante job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Server, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Layabout and was forced into it by his family; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He comes from a rich western family. At a young age his father died while driving off some giants. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hammer use. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he's looking for his big break
