Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the four houses of cards around his neck, and a glaive on his belt. His silver hair is long and unkept. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: This man is very fat, and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty violet coat over it. His hair is short and auburn. He has several tiny emerald earrings on each ear.
Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Theodoric was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Theodoric abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and further expansion of business

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has worked as a Stylist like his mother before him.

Description: He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. His chestnut hair is cut short. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Weaver born in the past three hundred years. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Manfred lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Manfred fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and to find somewhere to settle down
